This site-specific opera delves into the life and work of one of the most extraordinary women in Japanese history, Lady Murasaki, author of what is considered the world’s first novel. 自由学園明日館講堂（重要文化財）での東京公演です。デュオ夢乃結成10周年として、これまでの委嘱作品など多彩なプログラムです。一柳慧氏による委嘱作品「三味線とチェロのためのパラフレーズ」も日本初演致します。
Duo YUMENO will have annual Tokyo recital celebrating their 10th anniversary as a duo. This concert will feature duo’s dynamic repertoires including the latest commission works. The Jiyugakuen-Myonichikan was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and his pupil, Arata Endo.
Kimura will perform a Yamada style’s masterpiece, “Uya no Tsuki” on shamisen at her mentor, Kono Kameyama Recital in Tokyo. The details TBA.
CRS (Center for Remembering & Sharing) invites you to discover traditional Japanese music by the acclaimed koto and shamisen player Yoko Reikano Kimura offered together with an exclusive taste of beautiful Japanese seasonal confectionary prepared by mochi Rin. Duo YUMENO will return to the concert series presented by Eagle Hill Institute in Steuben, ME. Each concert is followed by an optional dinner for guests who enjoy an extended evening at Eagle Hill with friends in the company of the musicians. Reservations need to be made by 10AM of the program day.

Kimura will perform shamisen/koto at the Basil Twist’s Dogugaeshi presented by Le Festival Mondial des Theatres de Marionnettes. Dogugaeshi was originally commissioned by The Japan Society of New York in 2004 with support from Creative Capital, The MAP Fund, Doris Duke Charitable Trust and The Jim Henson Foundation. Originally the music was performed by authorized master musician Yumiko Tanaka.
Dogugaeshi will start at 11:00 am, 16:00 pm, and 21:00 pm on Sep 21.

コンサート光ソサエティ主催公演。木村伶香能（箏）は、三善晃（1933-2013) 作曲「流觴曲水譜」を菅原久仁義（尺八）、渡辺由布子（箏）、平田紀子（十七絃）の各氏と演奏いたします。
Kimura will perform Ryushokyokusui-fu composed by Akira Miyoshi (1933-2013)with Yuko Watanabe(koto), Noriko Hirata (17-string koto) and Kuniyoshi Sugawara (shakuhachi).
