Yoko Reikano Kimura gave the Europe premiere performance of Aleksandra Vrebalove’s “Four Ethereal Pieces” and James Nyoraku Schlefer’s “Concertante” with Symphony Orchestra of Academy of the Arts Novi Sad. INTERWOVEN Inaugural Concert

Kimura will perform Daron Hagen’s Koto Concerto: Genji at INTERWOVEN Inaugural Concert (DiMenna Canter, Mary Flagler Cary Hall). Kimura will be honored to be part of this new ensemble! INTERWOVEN is an ensemble whose mission is to integrate the Asian traditional music and Western Classical music. Japan Premiere – Koto concerto : Genji

Kimura will give the Japan premiere performance of Daron Hagen’s Koto Concerto: Genji with the string quartet members of New Japan Philharmonic at Cantabile Kojimachi’s 10th Anniversary Concert.
